He looked up at him, small face suddenly brightening. "You're a ninja?!" he asked, as if that was the best news in the world.

A huff of a laugh. "I have training. Do you know many ninjas?"

"Yep! Many!" He knew there were scary people out there hunting Ninja, but this guy seemed nice, so he wasn't one, right? Wait....

Wait...

"Where is your sword?"

"I'm the kind of ninja who doesn't use swords." He explained carefully. "I do my best not to hurt anyone."

Not that it was successful.

"How can you be a ninja without using swords?" Usagi didn't hurt people either. Well... not intentionally. But even Usagi used swords...
