Though he hadn't quite expected to see Jonathan Crane there.
An eyebrow raised and he shifted the cap on his head, keeping to himself for now.

When he made his way back in, after tossing the spent cigarette, he made his way to the bar itself. As luck would have it right beside the stranger. The Bartender knew a Rogue when they saw one, and Jonathan Crane was always hard to miss. That tall nearly skeleton like build, stood out as his bright rust colored thinning hair. "Black Velvet." Old southern drink, something he rarely indulged in far too fancy for a place like this and yet, the bar tender nodded and set to making it while Crane leaned on the bar tapping one of his long black nails. Clearly antsy and fidgeting, usually a sign of being off his medication that repressed Scarecrow. Never a good sign.
His eyes did shift between the burly goon at one side and the man in the cap at the other. It was Gotham, what stands out in most cities was just normal here.

"Not many southerner's live here. I do." He spoke, though his voice lacked his natural accent there was nothing strange about that. He used it as Scarecrow, otherwise he usually repressed it to sound less like the country boy he was. "I would ask if you were new, but I can hear the Gotham all over your voice." A new hench, or someone down on their luck in the worst bar to wander into?

He chuckled. "I didn't know Gotham had a certain tone of voice."

"Oh, you lot do, the natives mostly. It is hard to explain, not worth explaining really." He shrugged his shoulders as his drink was placed before him, basically, just a dark beer mixed with champagne. "What brings you to Noonans?" He asked, curious if this was a hench of one of the others.

"Just stopped in. Truck is down the way, figured getting a drink was better than sitting in it all night." A shrug then. "Planning on leaving the city."
