• DECEMBER 2ND - Tony and Little Mermaid's 2nd Anniversary.

— JANUARY
• Tony and Little Mermaid appear at the unveiling of Stark Industries' latest clean energy reveal.

— AGE OF ULTRON
• MARCH 1ST - MARCH 3RD - Tony and Bruce Banner create Ultron.
• MARCH 4TH - Thor's good-bye party. Ultron interrupts the festivities.
• MARCH 8TH - Battle of Sokovia.
   The Avengers, Little Mermaid, and eventually Scarlet Witch team up against Ultron. Little Mermaid saves Iron Man from a falling building and becomes trapped. The Avengers defeat Ultron. Ultron releases nanomachines that directly target the Avengers' hippocampus, targeting key memories to take away what they value most. The Avengers are taken for immediate hospitalization, Little Mermaid is rescued separately in Sokovia.

• MARCH 9TH - Little Mermaid is secretly taken out of the Avengers Tower overnight. While the Avengers and JARVIS are down, D.E.E.P. moves in and wipes records of anything relating to Little Mermaid or Nikkes. The internet is scrubbed by D.E.E.P. with any mentions, images, or information relating to Little Mermaid. "Ariel" disappears from public eye. The Goddess of Victory program is reactivated.
• MARCH 11TH - The Avengers are confirmed to have extreme memory loss in various areas. Tony seemingly has no memories of Little Mermaid, erasing four years worth of memories.
• MARCH 12TH - Little Mermaid wakes up in the base for the reformed Goddess Squad and meets Deputy Chief Andersen.

— MAY
• 2ND - Peggy Carter dies in her sleep peacefully.
• 3RD - Tony gives his speech at MIT and agrees to fund the schools projects. Little Mermaid watches the presentation remotely.
   The Avengers are given the Sokovia Accords as a result of not only Sokovia but recent missions handled by Steve Rogers. Steve and Tony fundamentally disagree on the Accords.
   Steve learns Peggy has died.
• 5TH - Steve attends Peggy's funeral. He is approached by Andersen and Red Hood, being informed of the situation going on behind the Avengers, the Sokovia Accords, and the Goddess of Victory program. He invites Steve to work with him on trying to undermine the situation, insisting they move slow.

— JUNE
• 16TH - Tony Stark meets Peter Parker.
• 18TH - Tony gives Peter a tour of Avengers Tower.

— JULY
• 1ST - Andersen works with Steve to bring Tony to Texas, where the Goddess HQ is.
• 3RD - Tony and Steve fly out to Texas to meet with Andersen. Andersen informs Tony of the basics of the situation and hands him a tablet that has Little Mermaid's unnamed x-rays on the current status of her leg injuries from Sokovia.
   - Tony and Little Mermaid reunite.

takes place after an alternative version of Age of Ultron.

- Ultron in this didn't aim to take over the world, but instead destroy Tony and the Avengers. This is due to realizing he would always be limited due to being created by Banner and Tony, despite what he knew from the Mind Stone. He goes nuclear option of "if I can't have what I want then they (namely Tony) doesn't get what he wants."
- Ultron releases nanomachines that infect the Avengers in Sokovia
- Mermaid saves Tony from a falling building but ends up being caught in it. Her legs are extremely damaged.
- Nanomachines aim to attack the part of the brain that holds memories, effects each Avenger differently.
- Ultron defeated by the not JARVIS Vision. Sokovia is more or less saved. Mermaid's bubbles escort civilians to the life boats.
- The Avengers go down thanks to nanomachines.
- Mermaid is rescued separately.
- The Avengers are rushed to the Compound. The nanomachines die off after various intervals, depending on how aggressive, and memory loss is more extensive depending on the longevity of the attack. Tony would be affected the most as Ultron targets him the most, Banner being second (as they are his creators). What memories the Avengers lose plotted out. Tony loses memories of Mermaid.

Following Age of Ultron, the Godddess of Victory program is reinstated to a limited degree. All known active Nikkes are pulled back into the program under command of Deputy Chief Andersen. Known Nikkes to the program still alive are currently Mermaid and Red Hood (who has been in suspended animation).

The New Goddesss Squad is to eliminate extraterrestrial threats as was their original plan after Captain America disappeared. They are to replace the Avengers in terms of what the US government relies on first, especially as the public opinion of the Avengers keeps plummeting after miss steps.

Andersen is aware the Goddess Squad are still puppets on a string and are still dancing to the tune of an organization that has stepped in to fill the power vacuum of HYDRA and SHIELD. They're unnamed officially but know to the knower as DEEP.

DEEP is aiming for control of perception, the masses, human evolution, technology evolution, ect. They originally funded the research for the Goddess of Victory program. They aim to control Nikkes and make new Nikkes, while also controlling the Avengers through General Ross (unknown to him).

THE NEW CIVIL WAR:

Steve heals/regains whatever damaged memories first due to Super Solider tendencies. He's able to see how the Sokovia Accords aren't just there to control where they go and their public identities, but also their guilt and what information they have.

Tony recruits Peter for legacy reasons still.

Peter brings up the fact no one talks about Tony's fiancée anymore--being a big fan of Iron Man, he's kept tags.

Peggy dies, pulling Steve from the Avengers more.

Andersen makes his move. He approaches Steve after the funeral and informs him of what has been going on behind the scenes.

DEEP has taken advantage of the Avengers missing memories and gone to erase any trace on the internet about Mermaid, that way they have total control over Nikkes and Goddess Squad. DEEP moved into the Compound when the Avengers were down after Ultron and erased everything they could find, exploiting holes in JARVIS systems as he had been torn apart by Ultron. With no protection for Mermaid or Nikkes, they were able to cease all information to begin creating the next generation of Nikkes when funding is there.

Andersen proposes Goddess and the Avengers work together (with some nudging from Mermaid). However, the idea has to seem as if it came naturally and ogranicly from two old war heroes talking together. Otherwise DEEP will be aware that Andersen and Steve are onto their schemes.

Tony will need convincing as he believes the Accords are entirely there to check the Avengers for their multiple mistakes--causing Civil War to be recontextualized as a battle for the soul and control for the Avengers and getting Tony to realize it. Also makes Civil War more of a spy thriller than super heroes fighting one another on an airport.

Tony and Steve fight over the Accords. Steve leaves with the Avengers who side with him and see the bigger issue going on.

Peter brings up how JARVIS is missing files in his system (subplot below), leading to Tony realizing more is going on.

Tony meets with Steve and the other Avengers, but only to find Andersen there as well. The basic information is given about DEEP and the power vacuum. Andersen poses a united front into exposing the Sokovia Accords, as that will be the first way to expose plans going on.

LONG RUNNING SUB PLOTS: ( no particular order )

Andersen attempts to find missing Snow White, Scarlet, Rapunzel, Dorothy, and Cinderella.

Goddess Squad attempting to backwards engineer the technology that built Goddessium, the material merged with human females to make Nikkes. This is in order to become more autonomous and also to repair Mermaid's legs.

Mermaid using her bubbles to help Goddess out on the field despite being back at the HQ.

Tony and Peter bonding over building a new suit but also finding what has gone missing in JARVIS files--personal server and internal Compound server. Peter has limited information on Mermaid from saved files off the internet.

Mermaid rehabilitation as they are unable to reverse engineer the technology Abe used.
