• Oscorp wins the bid for Us Governmemt Weapons Manufacturing after Hammer Industries loss as result of the events at the Stark Expo. They begin experimenting with weapons and genetic technology to create super soldiers due to the US Government being unable to obtain iron suits.

• Early-December - Tony struggles with PTSD related to the Battle of New York. He and Little Mermaid become engaged. Little Mermaid is has to temporarily disable Mark XLII with Spindrift after a late night activation.
• December 20th - Happy Hogan is hospitalized after a terrorist attack at the Chinese Theater.
• December 21st - Tony's Malibu Mansion is destroyed by an attack from the Mandarin. He is flown to Tennessee by JARVIS. Natasha and Clint locate Little Mermaid in the rubble, but she refuses to be moved until she finishes dissolving the remaining missile inside her bubble. She is then moved to Avengers Tower in New York City.
• December 24th - Tony breaks into Aldrich Killian's mansion and finds out he has been funding the Mandarin who is a low level actor. He and Rhodey later save passengers while he remote pilots the Mark XLII.

• May 25th - Oscorp successfully creates a military grade attack glider used to control drones.
APRIL
• 19th - Ben Parker confronts his newphew Peter about his behavior and slipping grades. The two enter a fight and Peter runs away from the Parker house.
• 20th - Peter refuses to stop a robbery at a corner sandwich restaurant. The robber then goes on to fatally shoot Ben Parker.
• 21st - Ben Parker dies in the early morning due to bleeding. • 30th - Ben Parker's funeral.

• Vigilantee sightings of "Spider-Man" are seen on local news of exploits of a "new superhero."
