[ Jesse falls quiet once he begins to speak. Her gaze stays on his face, only lifting once his turns away to the direction of the shower. It's obvious that what he means is he wants to shower before they head out. That isn't what has garnered her attention so much. It's the fact he's trying to remember and grasp at things that transpired in the loops. Not everything in them is perfectly clear to her either; there's just too many to ever really have a full picture of what happened when and where and how many times.

She pulls back to sit beside him at his hip. One arm remains draped over him while the other rests between her own legs. Her heart pounds nervously. Memories coming from the loops, the Dark Place, his attempts to get out? They usually lead to him spiraling away. Sometimes even having a momentary break down. Her posture stiffens as she braces for anything that might be a fall out. ]

Steve. [ A short quick answer, slightly guarded, as she prepares for a potentially horrible situation. ] He was always with me in Bright Falls at the start of every loop.
