Phoenix can too, but it's an odd feeling to be walking on two legs rather than fly like she's used to, and going by another name. Willow as she's calling herself to those who don't know who, or what, she really is, has found herself standing next to Lunafreya while Shiva's away.
She's butted heads with Ravus a few times, being somewhat hot-headed compared to her frosty counterpart, but has mostly kept in line. For Lady Lunafreya's sake at the very least. As far as she knows, she's not needed to forge a pact with the Lucian king-to-be, so she's not bothered yet to show herself to him. But Lunafreya's another matter entirely, she'll do all she can for her and keep herself hidden from the empire.]
