Lunafreya and her responsibilities are significant as well, and he's made up his mind that he won't ever view them as anything less than what they are. Her role might be passive, but that doesn't mean it's any less meaningful.
As for the Dark Magician and the assistance he offers, Atem is grateful for it as always. He's a mainstay of his deck, but he's much more than that, as Atem is beginning to realize. ]
