[ Though Cloud may not show it with giddy glee on the surface, he does get excited being around her. That very same excitement only continues to grow when he gets closer and closer to home. The telltale sounds of the engine rumbling in the distance, drawing nearer until, should Luna be outside, she'd be able to spot a familiar head of spiky hair coasting down the road atop his massive bike.

Rolling to a stop on the sidewalk, he kills the engine before lifting up his shades, setting the kickstand as he can't help thinly smiling up to her.

And if she stays right there or comes any closer? She's in for a surprise. ]

[ There is a certain smile that she wears only when Cloud is there. It is not something she had planned on, or even does on purpose. It is a natural response on seeing him. The two have been through so much that there are times she wonders how the pair of them have been blessed to have a small part of reality where they might exist together.

She bows in customary greeting as he raises his goggles before making her way to stand beside the motorcycle. A few children just a bit away see the two and wave. Cloud somehow seems to make himself known to everyone around him. A bit of a local hero of sorts? ]

[ Across time. Across space. Across countless battles that saw them used to further the ambitions of the divine. While he'd always planned on protecting what matters to him, the fact that he found himself in the care of Lunafreya all this time leant to another revelation entirely. The fact that he never planned on something so...dreamlike. The idea of actually following his heart when he could hear someone calling to him. And the one he answered to? Was smiling so tenderly for him. Somewhere along the way, without a shadow of a doubt...

He fell for her. He never planned on falling as hard as he did, yet they were given this space to exist in together, living day by day for themselves and each other. Luna's changed him- something that he made sure she was aware of when he showed his affection for her. So after coolly waving over his shoulder to the children saying hello? He'll lead Luna back inside.

He would have done this earlier if it wasn't for the kids, but the moment they get through the door? ]

Heya, [ he says with a hand slipping around her waist, stepping in as he presses his lips to hers. Soft and far from a chaste, quick peck. ]

[ Lunafreya had never much thought of being able to have a life outside of the calling of the Oracle. Even once Eos had faded and she remained among the heroes that fought in a near-eternal war against the darkness. She would be the Oracle even in death, until it was fulfilled. It was the man who thought himself a SOLIDER that taught her to live as herself and the Oracle at the same time. It is something incredibly precious to her. Something she considers herself blessed for that she has been able to keep even past their time in the war.

She follows him after a smile is given to the children. Of course, she had intended to keep walking into their home, but found herself spun back to face him. There's a blush that takes her cheeks even as her arms drape around his neck. Perhaps one day she will find herself not so easily embarrassed by it all. ]

[ To Cloud, for all his bravado, it's still a case of being "behind closed doors" for him when it came to expressing himself this way. Even that side of him took some time to reveal itself. Yet he was never wanton or gluttonous in his desire for her- only gliding forward at a tempered pace which helped them cherish each moment they could get. One of these days, Cloud was going to lose that patience as his heart erupts for her in so many ways. But until then? He'd keep pressing. He'd keep encouraging her as she's encouraged him.

Lift her up as she's lifted him. Between words, he draws back when Lunafreya welcomes him home, his own softened mako blue gaze half-lidded as his cheeks redden. ]
