"Walking is fine," Evie states, but she's sort of watching her friend with concern. Walking doesn't look like it's all too much fun for him, but she'll let him decide when he's had enough.
"I was going to go with whatever you suggested," she states after a moment, tucking her hands in the pockets of her jacket to keep them warm. "We should have brought Phoebe. She adores you and would have kept you moving more." Because nothing's better than watching a Tibetan Mastiff in the snow with a terrible case of the Zoomies.
It's more that walking is slow. Everything is slow to Barry, so, he does his best not to make a big deal out of it. He knows the world seems to have slowed down after his powers kicked in. A side effect, probably. An annoying one. Because it made social interactions like this difficult.
