All that he offers in response to that is a noncommittal shrug of his shoulders. Which means he very much does know that and doesn't much care about the point of the whole thing. He's a contrary bastard in his best moments, the holidays and all aren't likely to ease that at any moment.

Even where he's at with the Legends he's still skirting being a full-on member of the team. Mostly cause he's used to working these gigs on his own. He's not used to helping hands and people willing to risk and brave the darkness alongside him.
