She recalls their first Starlight Festival in perfect detail and wonders what sort of gift she might find him this year. Now, however, would be the first year they would have the children with them. In her mind, it is something they have all done together. She also is aware that Aymeric knows far more the stagnation that Ishgard faced than she would, so, perhaps his view on it is truly accurate. ]
And I would not have learned to be myself as well as Ishgard's Savior if not for you. [ She nudges his cheek affectionately once more before raising her hands to rest on either side of his face. Her fingers brush up into the hair that rests beside his ears, but do not travel further for now. That can be saved for once they have retired into bed for the night.
The water has started to cool, but she does not wish to admit that it will be difficult to push herself up from the tub. A part of her does not wish to ask him to pull her up from the tub. He has aided her enough as it is... surely having to lift her out of the water would be too much. ]
