[ The very second that she lightly tugs on his hands, all of his attention immediately goes to her. He was focused on her already, but there is no lessening the worry and concern he has for her. If there is anything that she needs or anything that he can do, he will not hesitate even for a moment. And with that in mind, he is quick to position himself beside her, one arm carefully sliding around her to gently pull her in so that she might rest against him if she wishes to.

As for K'thisru, she gives G'raha a grateful smile, briefly leaning into him for a moment before she completes the action of putting down the items in her hands. ]


A family of Ishgard... [ As always, Aymeric chooses his words carefully, being mindful of the children and the fact that they are listening with rapt attention. ] My good ser, I believe that if you are looking for a conventional example, you may not find one here.

[ He is uncertain how much of his history G'raha knows, and he does not wish to unpack all of that here, but he can at least state that he is not a prime example of one who had a conventional upbringing.

But then he turns his attention to Mélodie while still keeping a watchful eye on Alkaid, noting how her arms shake as she tries to move. ]
Be careful with the plates, Mélodie. But come now, if there is a story or two that you would tell, be assured that you will certainly have a captive audience.

[ It is his understanding that G'raha has had quite a life... or lives. ]
